LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
Montage is an Elder-led church. Our Elders are qualified men according to the teaching of 1 Tim 3:2-7; 2 Tim 2:22-25; Titus 1:6-9; 1 Pet 5:1-5. We are purposefully slow and careful at calling men to the position of Elder (1 Timothy 5:22), and thus only have a few Elders at this time. We aim to develop aspiring men, and when tested and proven qualified, call them to the Eldership.
The Elders meet together monthly (or more often as needed) to pray for the congregation, discuss the spiritual matters of the church, and make certain functional decisions.
Our Deacons/Deaconesses serve at the request of the Elders and are qualified individuals according to the teaching of 1 Tim 3:8-13. There is no separate Deacon board.

Montage Bible Church is gladly partnered with IFCA. This partnership provides a clear doctrinal identity, opportunities for interdependence, like-minded fellowship with churches across the world, representation in governmental legal matters, church governance counseling, and much more.
